Good pizza. One of the better options in Shreveport/Bossier. Slices are a bit inconsistent. I’ve been here a number of times, and the pizza has tasted different, each time I’ve been here. Sometimes drastically different than the next. It’s never bad. But, I’ve had it be decent all the way to great. Overall, I have to give it more balanced 7.1. I’d love to see more consistency. Not sure if there’s different pie guys putting their own little spin on it, or what. But the inconsistency is definitely odd.

Greatest pizza in North Louisiana. Maybe all of Louisiana. Crust is perfect but I did ask for it to be well done because in the next booth looked undercooked. Pepperoni is natural cased and the cheese is not too much and not too little. Little to no flop and thin and even. I am so F’ing excited. Dave get here. The got a pie named for you. They’re serious. I’m shocked because it is cooked on a screen. I can’t believe they got the crisp the did on a screen.

I’ve been waiting for a while to give this review because they’re new and I have never loved any pizza I’ve had there. FINALLY it looks like they figured it out. Hopefully they stay consistent with what they served me yesterday.
