Stachey's Olde-Time Pizzeria

This is a very good pizza, no doubt about that. With a few minor improvements, this pie could go to the next level. The sauce is the best part, a tad sweet but not too much, just really good taste, excellent sauce. Cheese is plentiful, melty and very good. No weird spices to complain about, just overall great flavours. The foundation is inconsistent. One pie was way too thick and doughy, the other was medium thick and still doughy, neither was thin or crispy. Fix the inconsistency between pies and make the foundation less doughy and this pizza would be in the 9’s.
