Pizza Review
Monumental review here. This is the spot that started it all for me. I’ve probably had more State Line Pizza than any other spot. This was it growing up in the Keilman household. You could say this started my love for pizza and 150+ reviews later. Am I little biased? Yeah of course. The nostalgia for me probably overinflates the score. Anyway, it’s been about 10 years since I’ve had it. Super thin dough, crispy edges, softer on the bottom. There is a ton of cheese and sauce. It is a messy pizza. There’s a slight hint of beer smell/taste coming from somewhere but it’s everything that makes this pizza distinct. It’s just solid. I have to say it is overpriced and undersized, but I don’t recall what it used to be. Inflation is a bitch. It may not knock everyone else’s socks off, but this is my spot and my review, so it’s a winner. Staple in the region since 1957.
