State of Mind Slice House

State a mind makes a great slice of pizza. I went with a slice of the pepperoni, and had no regrets. I always prefer cupped pepperoni so this was right up my alley. Loved the quantity of sauce and cheese, and finished with a perfectly crisped crust.

Solid slice, no flop with some crisp and nice charred undercarriage. Def a contender for one of the best pizzas in the South Bay

Our pizza felt rushed. Undercooked dough and absolute flop city. Too much cheese but the right amount of sauce. Sauce was nice, not sweet but crust was just so boring. Disappointed.

The knots are an 8.2 though

People are SLEEPING on this pizza. This cheese slice might be the best in the bay area.

Wasn’t as warm as I would’ve liked it to be. Not bad, but it could’ve been so much better.

Some of the best sauce I have had on pizza. Crust was made almost perfectly. If you are looking for pizza in Palo Alto this is the place.

Really good square slice. Excellent

The crust reminds me of Football Pizza. The dollop’s of crushed tomato sauce provide a nice refreshing bite.

Comes in either a slice, round pie, or square pie. Online ordering gives you plenty of options, including “crispy.” The square pie is reminiscent of the “Sicilian Style” pizza. I bought the square pie and was not disappointed. Good presentation, good char on the undercarriage, great crunch on the crust. Not too saucy, not too cheesy. Slice was as big as my hand and I was content at one slice. Pizza was a little greasy, but I blame that on the pepperonis. All in all, a good pizza worth venturing out for. An entire pie is quite pricey (I also added 15% tip), but, again, well worth the money. One bite. Everybody knows the rules!

Meh at best. It'll be called pizza but first n last time I try them. A bit expensive for a smaller size slice. Not alot of taste. Crust was crunchy. Dough is ok. Sauce is ok. Bacon is thick greasy not cooked. Overall pizza wasn't hot n expensive for a bland taste.
