State Street Pizza & Grill

I got the cheese for the sake of the review, but a slice with toppings might’ve been a better choice. It was greasy, floppy, and the sauce had a strong oregano flavor, which I do not prefer. That being said, this pizza spot is in a great location where you can sit, grab a drink, watch sports, and listen to live music. I’ll be back to try one of the better-looking slices with toppings and for the atmosphere.

Okay if you are in the area don’t eat here there better places to eat

Not bad football pizza, cheese will slide off slice if you're not careful... sauce is average ... it's good if you're hungry enough but there are better options in the area

The crispy undercarriage provides just the right amount of crunch. Very good pizza.

My son, the pizza dudeguy, is scoring this pizza an 8.9. I usually don’t push back but I’m really questioning his judgement here. This is not an 8.9 pizza. But, everybody knows the rules. He scored it an 8.9 so that’s that.

It’s a good thing there’s a bar right next door.

Good quality pizza. Sweet sauce with a little tang. Fresh and in a cool location that’s walkable to downtown Kennett. Great overall experience.

Pretty good slice. Not too much going on. It doesn’t disappoint but it doesn’t wow you. Just a good solid slice. No flop, not crispy just right. Could use more flavor in sauce and a little more cheese in my opinion. But a good slice.

State street sauce got some tang to it but cheese is mids. Pepperoni has a nice spice to it and the buffalo chix is fuego.
