Really great under carriage. Not burnt, but not floppy. Perfect balance. Had a very nice sauce to cheese ratio. Normally I would have chosen a thin crust for a bar pie, but the crust is very airy, not very thick like it looked. Only thing that would score it higher is the crust was a bit dry. They put some oregano on the cheese, if they had some seasoning on the crust, easily high 7’s into the 8’s
