Good flavors. Toppings are high quality. Dough is a bit dense /chewier than my normal experience with Detroit style. Some hints of spirits from the use of spent grains.

Detroit style. All homemade ingredients. Chewy and crisp around the edges. Very good pizza. I prefer the big traditional slices at Patellie’s but both have their own uniqueness.

Detroit Style Pizza. They make the crust from the distillery’s spent grain. Ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza and it was very good.
