Good solid Detroit style. Needs some more crisp

Good flavors. Toppings are high quality. Dough is a bit dense /chewier than my normal experience with Detroit style. Some hints of spirits from the use of spent grains.

Detroit style. Great crispy crust and sauce has a good tang. Could use more sauce on the pizza

Rye Crust, tasty

Detroit Style Pizza. They make the crust from the distillery’s spent grain. Ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza and it was very good.
