They did a good job of cooking the pizza. Well done is an option on their on line ordering site. You also choose the cheese which is great if you are in STL and not a fan of provel “cheese”. The crust had a flaky pastry feel and bite. Not bad but I prefer that Ny style chewy with a crunch. I think it’s a pizza that 8/10 would love because they did a great job preparing it, plenty of toppings and seems to be quality ingredients. Just not my style but I recognize that it’s a quality pie as you can see from the picture. I ordered uncut which is also an option. Not sure if they cut triangles or just squares but I needed the triangle to judge the flop.

St Loyis style thing crust pizza. Better than all the chain places in the area. I should have gotten it well done for a crispier finish but very good thin crust pizza. Salads, pasta and other menu items are very good.

A little crispier and this would be upper 7s. Toppings and cheese are really good

I give this pie a 5.1.It's 100% a standard St Louis style and I completely understand why the lady at the counter offered me parmesan and crushed red pepper does pizza definitely needs help. Little tang from the sauce but nothing to go back for seconds or order again.
