Served perfectly hot in 2-3 minutes with a hard crisp and no Flop. The sauce is mild, flavorful, but under salted with tiny tang. The mozzarella is above average and not very oily. The dough recipe is very good and the end result is tasty, light and crunchy. With a touch more seasoning and salt this could touch the low 8.0’s.
