Thickness - Not a very thick slice at all Crispy - A more thin slice but not overly crispy Flop - A little flop on the flip but nothing that got all over the table Cheese and Oil Level - Fair amount of cheese and oil compared to the size of the slice Sauce (Sweet or Tangy) - Tangy sauce but flavorful Would I Come Back? - Sure I would stop back in for a slice if I was ever in that area.
