Stellina Pizzeria

Not great. Had some greasy bites but generally the taste was all cheese. Crust was somehow burnt with all the flavor of burnt toast yet the undercarriage was too doughy with no taste. All in all a good Virginia slice of pizza which isn’t saying anything.

They serve the traditional Neapolitan style pie. The pizza has significant flop, but I try not to factor that too much into my rating due to the amount of toppings I ordered. My advice: give the place a try and treat it like you’re back in the old country (Italy). If there’s a line, cut it, and don’t be afraid to attack the slice with a knife and fork. That’s how they do it in Italy (if you’ve been there you would know that).
