Steve's Pizzeria

My wife has been coming here for years since she grew up in Easton. This is a must stop every time we come back. Giving the Sicilian an 8.7 and the bar pie a 7.1.

Sauce cheese

Average slice, sauce is good. Sicilian is great.

Nothing to write home about in the plain slice, other than a nice crunch. The Sicilian on the other hand is delicious.

Rating regular slice - only had one left so had to split it. Crust was a bit too crispy. Sauce and cheese good but nothing special. You come here for the Sicilian pizza.

You have to get their Sicilian, regular pie is not even close to as good. Speaking on the Sicilian - amazing crust, super crunchy. Sauce is on the sweet side and really good. Cheese is always the perfect amount and really good too. I’ve been coming here for twenty years and have never once had an even close to bad Sicilian. I’ve been told they ship these all over the country to people that have moved and still want one, not surprised one bit by that. 👍🏼👍🏼

Ok my second review of Steve’s! I gave them a SOLID 7.9 last time on their square pie. For me that is a super good score. Even then I was teetering on an 8 but that 1/10 of a percent jeopardized my professional review capabilities, because a .0 anything is amateur:) well I tried their traditional round pie and they again got me into the 7’s. Problem is the pizza was picked up late and was on the cool side..... total bummer and our fault! Based on the lack of crisp, and the cooler temp, I increased the score .2 to be fair. My gut score was a 7.2. In any event nice sauce, a little floppy, but that is normal for Lehigh Valley Pizza but I’m not sure even hit it would have had crisp to it. All I’m all Steve’s is an excellent pizzeria, with a good solid pie for any occasion.

Double slice fresh from the oven. Excellent, tasty and a mainstay in the area forever. Give it a try

Really good. Fluffy. Light. Crispy crust. Great cheese and sauce to dough ratio.

Looks deceive. Thought it was going to be one of the better slices. Greasy and major flop even though it is a thin slice. Crust has little to no taste, almost stale like. Cheese and sauce are just okay.

Old favorite that’s maybe seen better days but I still like it...not a tangy sauce but tasty. Side review for the Sicilian is 8.9

Pretty good... little flop, little grease, good taste. A little too doughy on the crust, but not gonna penalize for that. Overall, a solid pie!
