One bite everyone knows the rules... One bite review: no flop no cheese slide. Cheese was tasty and crisp crust. Not much sauce. Flop: no flop once folding at crust. Undercarriage: good. Slight charing. Not wood or coal fired charring. Cheese: tasty. Little grease. Nice salty taste not rubbery. Sauce: little sauce. I struggled to taste it over the cheese. I think it was a lack of sauce more than tasteless. Either way this is my only complaint. Crust: very good. Good crisp throughout. Overall: I feel like more sauce could bump 0.5 points. 6.8
