With the severe disappointment in the quality of pizza I have endured in Ohio, Pennsylvania came through clutch.
A quick Google search for wood fired pizzas led me here on my way home. The dough is fresh and baked well with a nice, light and airy crust. The cheese is up there with some of the best that I’ve had. The sauce from what I could taste is good but the cheese dominates this pizza and I’m not complaining. I did order this pie “well done” but it needed just a couple of more minutes. Overall with a couple of small tweaks, this pizza is great! If you’re in Erie, stop by here!
