Stix & Stones Wood Fired Pizza

This was a very messy pizza. It holds zero firmness, the cheese distribution was terrible. If you want a pizza with 100% flop then you like your cheese plopped in the middle and spread out from there. There was no cheese connection to the crust and because of that as soon as you pick up a slice of pizza all the toppings just fall off. There was no crunch to the crust, it was really chewy. The only thing it has going for it is the quality of the toppings. But pizza is like sex, that’s why it always starts at a 5.
