Stoked Wood Fired Pizza

Probably the best pizza place in Brookline! We got a bbq chick and a cheese which were both excellent, but in the name of consistency I reviewed the cheese. Excellent light dough that has a bit of a light tang to it- you can tell it’s well risen. The sauce is fresh and not over seasoned. The cheese is an excellent balance of 4 cheeses and has excellent texture. Minimal flop and a nice crisp crust. You can taste the char from the woodfire which adds a nice bit of smokiness. Really excellent pizza, I will be back!
