I don't know if I could say anymore that has already been said about this pizza place. Ratios were spot on, ingredients are exceptional, and the pizza is so thin you could get a paper cut. Crust is light and airy. Owner's are really nice guys. The pizza may not be the best thing they are making. Their sandwiches are phenomenal as well and the Cheesesteak is standout out of all the sandwiches. Stone's and Hudson & Packard are the best I've spots I've had so far in Dutchess County. They are travel worthy pizza joints.

This pizza is definitely one of the best in the mid Hudson valley. There is no flop at all, the sauce and cheese are really good, and the hint of basil is really good as well. Their specialty pies are spectacular as well. Super great owners, would definitely recommend.

Taste is amazing. Classic New York slice, thin, foldable, a little grease drip, cheese to sauce ratio looking strong. Nice undercarriage char, not too floppy, not too stiff.

One bite everybody knows the rules. Pies are dark on the bottom unless you ask for it lighter. Decent sauce, not to sweet, firm slice with good fold and no flop. Crust was thin and light/airy.
