Great crunch, not greasy. A hidden little gem I stumbled upon in Branford.

Not exactly New Haven style, other than the well done crust. Little thicker than the typical New Haven area pies, heavy on the cheese and somewhat greasy. Sauce was tasty but I prefer more. Overall a solid pie!

Bravo! Cheesey, saucey, crust is perfect. Crispy but not burnt. Some may be against the grease, but I’d call those people wimps. 8.3. That’s a rap! You guys owe me a new shirt tho. This one is ruined.
