Outstanding pie. Usually I find the sauce or crust are the standouts but in this case it’s the cheese. I don’t know what it is but one of the better mozzarella I’ve had and the hint of parmesan elevated it. Crust was delicious too (seems like they add a good amount of sea salt to it but not too much). Sauce was tasty but not at the same level as crust or cheese.
I’d recommend also their specialty pie, ploughman, which has horseradish, gouda, ham, and onions. Sounds like an odd combo but it was so good. Would put that at a 8.7
