Very good pizza. Great undercarriage and pizza to sauce ratio. Wish the tomatoes and basil were copped up more.

Brick oven is always a hit. This isn’t any different. Crust on point flakey. Sauce was robust. Cheese wasn’t too greasy. But my god was this the messiest pizza I’ve ever eaten. Liquid fire straight out the oven.

Got the Margherita this time. Tangy sauce, good bake, tasty dough, would have liked more basil, and the whole tomatoes on top were basic.

Brick oven pizza never disappoints! I’ll keep it short for this review. Crispy crust with an even crisper pepperoni on top of the perfect amount of sauce to cheese ratio makes for a “strong” slice of pie. That’s a review.
