Pretty good slice. Thin crust, good sauce and tastey cheese.

Some of the best crust I've ever had. Serious quality considering they were super busy and had limited staff tonight. Really impressive. Meatballs on the side were incredible.

It’s always a pleasure getting up to Ft Ed to have a few slices at Stumpy’s. An excellently crafted pie with ample crisp, no flop and fresh ingredients!

This review of the standard cheese slice from the counter. First glance. Slightly over cooked. I blame portnoy for driving the “well done” as the standard. (Probably like his steak burnt too 😜) Undercarriage confirms that. I Like the crisp but a bit on the crackery side. But zero flop. Not to chewy either. Overall good crust. Sauce is good. Slight tang but I would like more. Cheese is a bit to thin. Would like a touch more. A little grease but not too much. Over all solid pizza. Recommended. Sausage slice is an 8.1. Cooked perfectly. Zero flop but not burnt. Again a bit thin on cheese and sauce could use a little more zip.

At first i almost gave this place an 8.3 but after eating it for lunch, and working the rest of the day, looking back i think i was just super hungry. The dough was very thin and crispy and had zero flop, even the meat lovers, or as they call it “ The Bear Trap”. As for the plain slices. The sauce/cheese/dough ratio was spot on. Sauce had a little zest to it but not much. Cheese wasnt rubbery and wasn’t overly greasy. The dough and crisp is what put it in the 8’s for me. As far as flavor i think it was lacking jusssst a little. Not that it was super bland or anything, but nothing really popped, that being said though, i think that you’ll be hard pressed to find a better pizzeria than Stumpy’s anywhere close. Pope’s is great and Nove looks promising, other than that, Stumpy’s is your spot. All sorts of slices in the showcase with unique specialty pizzas like Loaded French Fry Pizza and Pickle Pizza. My advice, do not pass this up.

This pizza cost $13 and if it wasn’t in fort Edwards it’s easily a $20+ pie. Very good pizza. Crust was crispy and at the same time kind of doughy. It was different, but a good different.

Excellent slice; minimal flop. Crust just needed another minute in the oven for some extra crunch. Will definitely go back... 🤓👍

Unbelievable pizza. No grease dripping off, good crust, and a big slice too!

Best pie in upstate NY. Light and thin crust, good tang to the sauce. A delicious slice with an amazing staff. I drive 35 min outta my way to eat here.

I’m obsessed with Stumpy’s Pizza. It’s a must have every time I am in the neighborhood. 100% legit New York style, as the owner Amy has been mastering her craft for a decade. Crispy crust from homemade dough. The best only so slightly sweet red sauce. Very high quality cheese.

We order from Stumpy’s every Friday. Whether it is delivered to our home, or another house party, if you are within 6 miles of this place do yourself a favor and order something. Have never been disappointed with their pizza. The kids ask for it every week too! The picture says it all...

Pizza gets a 10/10 for folding capabilities and crunch. Not greasy so that’s also a plus
