Sugo Costa Mesa

Sugo has a thick almost focaccia like dough that’s airy with a nice chew and crispy exterior. For the standard pepperoni the sauce has a nice tang to it and is on the thicker side. The cheese is quite good with a nice pull to it and you can’t go wrong with cup and char pepperoni. While the picture shows only pepperoni I’d recommend trying their other unique slices. A delicious and unique experience.
