Sullivan Street Bakery and Pizza

Not a bad margherita. Sauce was good. Good outer crisp, but middle was too floppy.

Crust a little doughy.

So far the best pizza I’ve had in the city. Insane neopolitan with great crust.

Went here a few months back. Saw it finally showed up on the app after Dave visited. Overall it’s a good bakery that also serves pizza. Very small pies. Wood fired neopolitan style with a nice doughy crust. Maybe a bit cheese heavy would be my one drawback but it’s a good pie. Worth giving it a try especially if you’re looking for pizza with a side of baked goods.
