Summit Pizza Cafe

Ordered the fresh mozzarella - cheese on bottom, sauce on top… interesting approach. Soupy appearance and floppy undercarriage. Too much sauce imo but still pretty tasty. Soft dough, could be more crisp.

Going 6.1, but may be scored a little heavy considering im from California and this is my first pizza of this style. would be a 9.5 in Cali tho

Weird after taste on the sauce

Basic slice. Good crunch. Basic pizza flavor.

literally only one bite....and tossed in trash. This is the typical jersey slice of greasy cheese, overly sauced and bland crust. I had better pizza from a kids bouncy party place, being only few miles from the city I expected something better but just like anything else in Hudson county, it’s really disappointing.

Nice typical pizzeria. Nice solid slices. Has a flop but no grease and doesn’t fall apart. Crust is on the doughy side. Overall good pizza. Nice staff. I’d come back here again.
