Summit Pizza

The cheese pie - crust is okay doesn’t taste hand tossed . Sauce is tangy really acidic. Overall middle of the road . The supreme is better . The toppings level out the sauce . Still probably no better than five and a half . Oh and beware this is a St Louis style pizza joint . If you’ve never had provel you’re in for a surprise bout of nausea. I don’t know how …but St. Louis has figured out how to destroy pizza .

Premium pepperoni and bacon. Delicious hand tossed garlic butter brushed crust. Enjoyed it greatly!

Their St. Louis style has always been in my top 3. Thin, good under carriage, good crisp. Appreciate the cheese, sauce, and dough alone but the pepperoni just takes it over the top.

Very basic. Thin crust is basically a cracker. The margarita pizza didn’t have a lot of flavor. Would recommend their hand toss over thin crust.

St Louis style

Had it at a wedding, that was good free pizza. But paying is a different story. Good flavor, a little too doughy. Pepperoni and sausage are there but can’t say they make the pizza any better. I liked the salad (6.3). Not bad pizza just nothing memorable.
