Paid $11.27 for a standard sized Sicilian ‘type’ slice and a side of sauce. It was a reheat and quite cold in the middle. Very strong raw flour taste, maybe it was the dough hadn’t been cooked properly. Really wanted to like this place. Oh well.

The Jiangbing pub pizza: The dough was simple, light and crispy, but the toppings were really the main attraction on this one. A recreation of a Jiangbing using pizza as the medium, love it. The hoisin combined with the egg and cilantro is spot on and the cracklings and pork floss add texture and salt and yummy pork! This is a high score for a simple pub pizza as this is one of the best ones I’ve ever had and definitely one of the most innovative. Sunset Squares is my new fav spot in SF.
