Holy cheese and toppings! Last time I had a thin crust pizza with this much toppings was Beggar's. Suparossa is a tiny carry out that is connected with Cucina Biagio. To pick up, the door is on the back left side of the building. I will shamelessly admit that I opened the box and it looked too good to not sit in my car and eat it like a savage. So I did. Compared to other spots in this area, this pizza is probably the most filling and a best value. But don't be fooled, it is top notch. The crust is nice and thin, not crispy, but firm enough to hold the toppings. The sauce is smooth with just a hint of natural sweetness. The pepperoni and sausage really highlight the flavors of the pizza. You got all the natural juices of the meat that season the cheese. Although slightly greasy, it did not bother me. That's what you get with that much meat toppings. I really liked how the pepperoni had been cooked on the pizza, where it's not flimsy, but taken out right before it get a crispy crunch. I've reviewed several other spots in this suburb area (check them out), but I think this just slid into the top spot for how I like my thin crust pizza. Check Suparossa out!
