If Dave never finds this place it will be a big miss. Sardo is quite the character. You walk into this place and you're stepping out of Florida into the Bronx. A family ran business that you can really admire. Nice tangy sauce, thin and crunchy crust. Perfect amount of cheese.

Solid cheese pie from Sardo. He’s been doing this in Seminole/Largo for decades after owning a place in NYC and it’s very solid. Good crust and excellent flavor. Maybe could use a little more cheese but otherwise a solid slice.

The best crust I’ve ever eaten. Texture was perfect even on a 19” The sauce could be more flavorful to get to a 9

The pizza is a 7.7. But the meatball sliders, and Zeppoles they offer on Friday's 🤤 should push them to the high 8s all day!

Grandma Pizza with Vodka Sauce. WOW ! Light and airy crust, delicious Vodka sauce and just the right amount of cheese ! So good !

Great slice

Great Place. Great atmosphere. Football Pizza. Try the boneless wings and the Sicilian style. Owner will talk your ear off in a good way and leave in his Corvette!

Probably the worst pizza experience in the largo area….ordered cheese pizza, baked ziti, caprese salad, and wings….the only thing remotely good was the beer.

Bread was very airy (good) and crust had a nice taste. Cheese was delightful. Had a lot of flop though. Also, the garlic knots are incredible.

I enjoyed it thoroughly. However, I took the second slice home, so I’m reviewing the first slice.The crust and dough are pretty crisp, not to much flop that you can’t handle it. I liked the cheese, sauce was sauce. Rolled 3 miles In my wheelchair to try it, he gave me a water bottle. The place is more of a sit in eatery, didn’t hold up as well by the time I got home, but still good. So Im going 7.2, I’ll eat there again for sure

Solid pie. Better than average for the area. Was a little greasy but had pepperoni so can’t knock it for that. Good crust and sauce. The owner was awesome, very personable and seemed to know everybody. I would go back just for the atmosphere.

Great pizza. Holds up well. Great taste. Almost like back in NYC. Definitely the better pizza I've had down in Florida.

Why is it every time you walk into this place the staff seems aggrevated you've entered the place. The pizza itself is very average not a slice you would ever crave.

Liked the sauce but the crust didn’t have flavor. Friendly staff overall.

I’m from NY, Sardo’s is my favorite pizza ever. Best crust, best pie! Frank Sinatra would send his driver here when in Florida. That settles it...

Great NY Pizza

I have 4 pizza places in the local Clearwater area that are brave enough to advertise New York style pizza. This is my first review; Good thin crispy crust. Not much flavor in total. Sauce is just average tasting. My rating is 6.7

Great flavor, crispy crust, lotta flop, little greasy, pretty heavy - definitely a solid go to pizza place.
