A surprising find in the Eastern Market. This small authentic NY style pizzeria is a must go-to for any serious pizza fan. The crust is by far the best part of this delicious pizza. It is light yet crunchy and chewy. The cheese is the second best part, sporting a fluffy finish and minimal grease. If the sauce had a little more tang and flavor this pizza would have cracked the 9s, other than that this place tops the column in all other categories.

San Gennero pie with roasted garlic added. Crust is super crispy, toppings are too quality, the smell in the car was torturing me on the 20 minute drive home. Absolute smash
