First piece out. Minimal flop with a nice crispy bottom. Not much grease and a super thin crust. Sauce, cheese, and pepperoni swirl together into a beautifully crafted, tasty slice of pie.

San Gennero pie with roasted garlic added. Crust is super crispy, toppings are too quality, the smell in the car was torturing me on the 20 minute drive home. Absolute smash
