Great wood-fired pizza in Detroit. This score is specific to the City Wing Thing pie, which is worth the trip to Detroit. There is no flavor combo like it: Smoked turkey leg, roasted garlic, smoked Gouda and the best part -cherry peppers. Scoring the plain cheese would be lower, but you need to try this pie.

The specialty pizza of the day was a butternut squash, white pizza, fantastic, no flop New York style crispy bottom. Would rate it into 7.2. Also got a full regular cheese pizza pie and frankly was disappointed. It was cooked well. Minimal flop, but felt like they cut corners and was just a mediocre pie.

Great service . I do recommend extra cheese: the toppings were a little light and the pizza. if you like Neapolitan pizza it’s a knock in the park!
