Surly Brewing

alright minneapolis... here we’ve got a solid looking pie from surly brewing. first observations were that it had that beautiful coal fire char and look to it. the taste itself was actually really good, but not phenomenal. crust was spectacular, cheese was great, but the sauce was average. there weren’t a lot of cons other than that it was greasy and a personal size pie. 100 percent this is probs the best pie in the twin cities. keep in mind it is coal fire, so fans of a bigger crust may not feel the same. would definitely travel across town for this one! that’s a review!
