Sweet Tomatoes Pizza

What an awesome pizza. Under carriage was nicely cooked and not floppy at all. Slice had consistent crunch throughout and the crust was thin like I like it. The sauce was the star of this pizza. Nicely acidic with chunks of tomato in it. One thing that would make this better would be a bit more cheese.

Solid pizza. Needed to be cooked a little longer. The re-heated buffalo chicken pizza was cooked perfectly. Bonus points for selling beer.

Sweet n Tangy, kinda pricey for two slices….but it is def a well done pizza. These guys know how to do it. Flop is good, crust is good, sauce is sweet, which isn’t my fav….very thing too.

Been a while since I had new pizza thanks to the pandemic, so I forgot a photo! Really good sauce, could use more cheese. Great new haven style, best I’ve had on the cape.
