Thin, light and crispy coulda had more char but no flop easy 8s

Eggplant Parm pizza… simply fantastic

Good pizza, nice crisp, very little flop.

Scoring cheese side only- Crisp and thin crust with good undercarriage. Cheese was good, cooked well. Sauce could use a little more zing. Overall good football pizza. Tip if you’re going to add toppings get it well done unless you want major flopage
