OK, here we are on another kind of beautiful Friday. But I’m up here with my boy doing a pizza review on a Friday. So what could be better. Now, this place is called pan and peel, and it’s inside a place called gentle giant brewing in Pearl River. It wasn’t on the app, but I had to leave a review. Because it got phenomenal reviews all over the Internet. So I have very high hopes. Also having a beer, so can’t complain. Now, I have to say, when we first got it, it looked like it was a tad overcooked. And I was right. It was definitely a little too overcooked. Not for my taste buds, but I’m saying in general. It was a little too charred, which kinda overcame the taste. And a little too crispy, if you could believe that. But crispy where it breaks, not the good type of crispy. That being said, it was still good. But, if it was cooked properly, I wanna say this would’ve been high 7’s low 8’s. As it stood, it was still very good. Good sauce, but unfortunately charred a little too much. Oh well.
