Hard pressed to find fault with sweet tomatoes. Really good.
Cheese doesn’t add or subtract. Very subtle.
Crust is very, very crispy. So much so I need another bite. Possibly too crispy, and very little taste in crust.
After Sixers loss in Championship, Dr J famously said, “We owe you one.” This joint may owe me some better, more flavorful crust.
And on second bite they do. Crust is a major weak link. Crust completely void of taste.
I’m very biased towards sweet sauce and this is perfect. I wouldn’t mind some other flavor in the cheese to balance the sweetness but it’s still very good.
Overall ratio and execution is very good. If only the crust had taste! Crisp in hindsight is fine. Thirty more seconds takes this to land of overly well done.
I don’t know that I would go out of my way for this but if you’re nearby it’s worthy of consideration.
