Solid thin slice. Good sauce, slight flop, crunchy crust. Nothing really remarkable, but no real negatives either.

90 second cook time, great balance of ingredients and fresh cheese with delicious sauce. Crust was responsible for not getting above a 7 score. Would crave late night and definitely best flash fire pizza I’ve ever had. Wish crust was crisper, a little too doughy in middle.
