Barely any sauce, way overrated

Pretty authentic New Haven style I suppose but I don’t have anything to compare it to. Amazing crisp. Undercarriage to die for, just amazing. Good sauce, if a little sour for me with strong garlic. Nice cheese, but a little light. Could have used more. Amazing char. Very solid pie. So close to an 8.1. Doubt there’s much better in Ohio. That’s a review.

It’s good but not as good as you all think it is.

This is a good pie with lots of flavor. The right amount of sauce and cheese. I would like the dough recipe for my Ooni made pizza.

This isn’t your average Neapolitan style pizza Frankie. Good undercarriage, nice char. 🤣🤣❤️

Overall a good quality pie. The cheese was fresh with great flavor, and the sauce was sweet and tangy. The down fall comes to the undercarriage which was slightly charred which over powered the cheese and sauce.

Extremely crispy crust, which I enjoy. Simple Margherita pizza, but great ingredients.
