Nice crisp , tasty sauce

I knew Pizza_feen was a joke but he really looks like a dummie leaving this place a 9.1. The only way I’d leave this slice a 9 was if it came with a Snarlin’. If you don’t know what a Snalin’ is, you can’t afford it. As for the slice, yeah, I know, it’s got sausage on it. I wanted a plain slice and this dump didn’t have any and told me it’d be a 20-25 minute wait. I didn’t have that kind of time so I settled for the sausage. The dough is what saved this slice. At least it was thin and a little crispy. Other than that, it was bland, so wasn’t the sauce and cheese. Ratios were right but the flavor just wasn’t there. It had a ton of Italian seasoning in the sauce, which I’m usually not a fan of, but I couldn’t really taste it. The whole slice was pretty tasteless. Maybe I’m getting the Chinese Virus? I should of just kept driving by but their huge signs caught my eye. I know better. Places with huge signs and stickers on the windows like this place has, all that does is make it seem like they really gotta try to sell this crap. The pizza should sell itself. If it was good it would. They wouldn’t need all the signs and banners and shit. Albany pizza is pretty disappointing.

Called ahead & told the owner I was coming to do my local pizza review, owner said he heard of me & was making my pie personally...WOW! Grande Cheeses - Mozzarella & Parmesan with a delicious tomatoey sauce taste & a great crispy crunch. A little NY flop but just on the tip of the slice, bottom was STILL crispy & the crust was extra crunchy! The Owner “Frank” did a GREAT JOB!

Uggghhh. I hate to do this to people but honestly this slice was a failure. Under cooked crust, watery sauce, and the cheese was rubbery and didn't seem to be connected to the crust. Not sure why it was cold. It couldn't have been out of the oven long since I was there @ 11:30am and they even through it in the oven before it was served. Taste of Italy might have to go back to the drawing board on the plain cheese.

Subpar pizza.....the slice is a greasy mess, the dough is chewy, the Sauce is bland, and there’s a serious NY flop. Even the meat lover’s pizza doesn’t taste like much.

It's not bad, i like the cheese, but it didn't seem to have much sauce. Sauce doesn't it me, there wasn't much of it and if lightly sauced, needs some more kick to it. The crust was alright, just chewy, its got more bread and dough, it's cooked, just chewy. Crust is not crusty it's chewy. Cheese was good, it gave some body to it.

Base was way too chewy, even though the dough was clearly cooked. Cheese and the sauce tasted funny, like the spices didn't mix well with one another. Cheese was better when you got a bite of the pepper along with it.

Pizza isn't bad, 0 flop, But otherwise super basic. No distinct kick or flavor. Pizza is a 6.3, but I'm deducting a point because the waitress served the guy in front of me the wrong food and then accused him of lying, and she accused me of stealing from the tip jar when I broke a $5 for her tip (I gave her a 7 dollar tip, and needed change for the laundry.) 5.3 that's a review.

Could have been cooked more. Cheese wasn’t completely melted. Very floppy, very greasy. I thought the sauce was good though

Plain slice: Mega Flop, greasy, no taste , very watery sauce. 4.3 Buffalo slice: little kick, chicken is good, not too greasy, no flop much better than the plain 6.8

3.25 for a slice of cheese? It better be great. Super floppy! Bland, zero flavor, very chewy. I don’t know where they get off charging so much for this. Absolutely not worth it. This place should be gone in a few months unless they get serious about making a good pie. Go to Vintage or NY Style, either is within 2 minutes of this dumpster fire. If they make it to the 6 month mark I’ll try it again just to see how it survived.
