A lot of thought is going into this review. I'll also admit that I fucked up and got it delivered. But anyway here we go... Thin, crisp, floppy, and medium grease. The crust was incredible, on its own I'd give it about a 10. However, it got very thin towards the center of the pie and it made it very floppy. The sauce had a very interesting flavor to it but the cheese didn't taste very fresh and was kind of a downer for a very good base. It was cooked to perfection and I think with a little tweaking it could be one of the better places in the area. I think 5.9 is fair, just below the good line, but I think it could hit mid 7s to low 8s with a little modification
