Circa 2006 this slice was the most underrated bread winner in Hub City. While everyone and their second cousin knew about Jimmy’s and RU Grill, this was the best kept secret at 2 am or later. In 2006 at 2 am I would have rated this a 10! A “f$$cking 10”. The rating now reflects the reality of eating this 15 years later at 5 pm when rushing home during rush hour before hitting 287 on a Friday because my round of golf got cancelled after playing 1 hole due to lighting and my wife and 2 kids are demanding my presence at home.
