Taverna Novo

All right Frankie, we’re at Taverna Novo, at 62 Beekman St, in Saratoga. When somebody tells me about a wood fires pizza that I haven’t had before, I don’t walk, I run there! I LOVE wood fried pizzas, I love the char, the crisp, that extra flavor. Well this had all that and super fresh sauce and cheese, basil, super light and super thin. They do it right at Taverna Novo. I love the Margherita, love it. We also tried the pepperoni which I’m not much for meat on my pies, but this was the best pepperoni I’ve ever had, no doubt. The pizza gets a 8.6, the restaurant and overall experience gets a 9.1. Put this fancy restaurant that makes great pizza on your list. 8.6, that’s a review
