Very very good Sicilian pizza. Against other Sicilian pies this is an 8.4 for sure

The pizza looks better than is tasted. Shocked actually.

This place seems to specialize in fancy Sicilian style pies, but today I’m sticking with the rules.. and not disappointed. Good quality plain slice with nice crispy undercarriage and solid ratios tasty sauce : cheese. A bit slippery, but I’m good with that.

Score is for the Smokey roni, amazing crunch and crisp the flavor from the cups are amazing but the taste of the hearty zesty sauce is the star. A light slice for what it is and I want more only thing hurting it was it coulda been hotter. Plain slice is an average 7.1 but not why you come here.

I came in for a slice of SMOKEY RONI wow it was amazing and the French onion slice was killer too. Everything looks amazing I got to come back for the variety box you can get 8 slices in one box it’s such a deal

Good crunch of the crust. Crust is a bit salty. Sauce is solid. Pepperonis are average.

Most of the scores I’m seeing here are for the “Smokey Roni,” and clearly there is a difference between that and the regular cheese pies. This pizza seemed to spend a little too much time in the oven; I don’t mind a well done crispy pie, but this is bordering on burnt. It’s not a good kind of crispy, it’s actually a little too tough from being overcooked. Aside from that, the sauce is pretty flavorful, plenty of spice & kick with a little extra zip that distinguishes itself from average sauce. The cheese is actually a really sharp blend, the complete opposite of generic, also a little too charred in areas but not as bad as the dough. I like crispy crust but this was just too hard and overdone. It shocks me to say this but a little less time in the oven and I definitely would have enjoyed this pie more; it has potential for hi 7s, low 8s. Maybe next time I’ll try the Smokey Roni and ask them to pull the pie from the oven sooner.

Idk what happened. This place used to have great pizza. Pizza is always bitter and greasy now. The char on the bottom tastes more like the oven needs to be scraped. Get back to the tasty pizza from last year. The guy making the pizza now is not good.

Post second vaccine pie right by MetLife Stadium ( jets stadium). Very good swave Sicilian slices here. They are a little too heavy on the Mike’s hot honey which seems to be what a lot of places are doing now. This is the drunken tor.

Got the Smokey Roni. It was awesome. Loaded with pepperoni nice sauce and fresh mozzarella. Crust was crispy and flavorful.

Best pizza i tried around hands down super crispy and fresh, my favorite is the french onion pie def a must try.

I know you prefer to judge plain cheese pizza. 7.3. But the white pie is awesome.
