Teak & Charlie's Jersey Girl Pizza

JGP was on their game today. Definitely worth going out of your way for. Lots of toppings today, but perfect undercarriage, thin and crisp. Probably the best you are gonna find in west Texas.

This is great pizza. Been to all the top places in Manhattan and Brooklyn (Joe’s, John’s of Bleeker Street, Luigi’s, Lucali) and this pizza holds its own. In my opinion it’s even better than Lucali and Joe’s. I hope Dave can remain unbiased if he ever reviews this place because this pizza is some of the best in the United States.

Solid pie

Love this pizza. Nice thin crisp well done crust. Just the right amount of sauce cheese and pepperoni. Great flavor.

Forgot to take a pic of the whole slice, just couldn’t wait to eat it. Thin crust, no flop, really damn good.

No flop. Solid under carriage. Little messy with each bite, where the cheese kept oozing out of the fold. But I enjoyed it. A cool joint on the inside as well. Overall a solid slice of pie out here in the desert. Extra credit for the jesus/obi wan photo at the register.

No flop when cooled down. Undercarriage is well done with perfect amount of crisp. Big pie, sometimes it is a tad too cheesy and filling sometime it isn’t. Either way a great pie. This place belongs on a street corner in NJ but instead is in the desert of west Texas. If you’re in the area it’s worth a stop.
