Pizza Review
OK pizza review time. I’m at 10th St., Pizza in Hoboken New Jersey. I was excited for this one. Wanted to see what all the hype was about. I have to say it lived up to the hype. Real solid upper echelon pizza here this exits the realm of football pie into the elite. Real nice thin crust. all pies are served well done so you get a real good crisp on the bottom high quality cheese and sauce topped off with some Parmesan. All the flavors hit you when you sink your teeth into a slice. If you were a pizza aficionado think a hybrid of John of Bleecker meets Federici‘s of freehold. A little thicker than Federici‘s and a little thinner than John’s but the same type of char on the bottom. If I had to give one critique I would say it may even be charred a little too much as it’s hard to even snap the middle to hold the slice. It may have took away a little bit of The amazingness for me but again exceptional pie. I’m going 8.5 on this one.
