Amazing pizza. Sauce, cheese, and crunch were very good. Just a bit too much sauce for my liking.

Amazing crisp, great cheese, could use just a tad more sauce. Great undercarriage, no flop. Overall, great great pizza.

This place is my perfect 10 If you like crunch and crisp this is for you! Square pie is always the best! Toppings are awesome! The garlic chili oil is hot and gives the pizza a kick. Perfect pizza!

Easily w 9 with more sauce

Delicious pizza but the crust is very thin and crisp like a flat bread. Incredibly tasty but would go for something chewier

Nice crisp, but a bit thicc, especially towards the middle. Sauce was light, but tasted good when u got it. I liked the sprinkled cheese, but again, the za was already sauce-deprived so it dings the ratio

This is as good as it gets for NY style—they only do it well done because there’s no point in doing it any other way. Cheese is rich but not overpowering, sauce is delicious and there’s just enough of it, and every bite has crust. Toppings to like half the edges. Fucking phenomenal.

This picture sucks because we ate the pie right away but it was definitely at least an 8.5 when it was hot and crisp. Recommend the Marg Pie

Eye test-interesting Ratio- terrible, no sauce Cheese- has a negative aftertaste. First bite is good. But the cheese has a funk that with a sweet sauce would be excellent. Two minutes later I wish I had mouthwash Sauce- none. I intentionally took a bite where there was more sauce and it’s gross. Literally disgusting. Crust - chewy. Taste is ok on the edges. It’s ok but somewhat problematic. Execution- who cares, looks are deceiving. Tastes like a toilet seat, or possibly my Daphne’s litter box. Loyal readers I promise there is no bias. This is trash. Larry Bird once said, “Determination trumps skill.” Don’t bother with this. It’s absolute nonsense.

Really tasty and nicer than your average slice shop. The square is the way to go!

Legit crisp. Super creamy texture to the cheese. Cooked perfectly with the perfect amount of char. Not burnt at all but just crispy enough. Slaty, creamy, crispy, delicious sauce. This place is the real deal. Little more sauce and tang and easily in the 9’s

I know the score here, I know the vibes, I know it’s supposed to be well done, I WANTED that. What I got was burned. Not cruncy, hard. Not crunchy, snap, like a bad breadstick, dense and burned and hard. No way this what they intended, this has to be a mistake pie. Y’all crazy if this is a “style”.
