How can brick oven pizza not be crispy. Used to be a fan

Needed more crisp but taste was good

Excess flop, great sauce, crust could be crispier. overall a decent slice but still eh.

I don't know how to feel about this pizza. The sauce is too sweet, the crust is really good except for the fact that it tasted like flour was rubbed on the dough afterwards the cheese was average.

Eh not the best but wasn’t too bad
