Rookie score but it’s a tough grade. Way too greasy in the center, crust was midnight black burnt but everything in between was A1. Could’ve been a poor cook, but this pizza could easily reach an 8 with proper training. They should wake up every morning writing to Jon taffer cause they are CLOSE
