Dave recommendation. Good pep flavor. Thin but not crispy crust.

Dave must have been been high, this bite is 100% Neapolitan style… but he’s on the mark with his scoring… little chew on the crust, great flavor.

Light crust almost neopolitan style. Good basic pizza but nothing to write home about.

Char was good. Quality ingredients here.

Best cheese on pizza in a while. Crunchy crust yet soft. Just weak on sauce and toppings to get to the high 8s.
